I received this reply which solved my problem. Perhaps it will solve yours!

"The error generally occurs when there is an external application occupying
the current web site's TCP port. Do you have any application may be
listening on 80 as well? Please try changing the site to use another port
to have a test.

To check which process is using the default 80 port, you can use the Aports
utility:

My problem was due to Skype!
