Hi,
Here is a very good step-by-step article on how to upgrade Windows 2000
domain to Windows 2003.
Upgrading from Windows 2000 Domains to Windows Server 2003 Domains

I hope it helps you out. Feel free to post back if you have more questions
about how to upgrade.

How or what do I have to do to add a windows 2003 DC server to a mixed
windows 2000 domain, I have 2 NT BDC's on my exsisting 2000 network that i
will be removing(soon), I have ordered a new server to replace one of my
2000
dc's but not sure if i can just run /domainprep and install the 2003
server
as a DC into my environment.I read an article on this and it says that i
can
add but will loose some functionality.
Thanks
.
