Once you have installed Windows, you will not be able ot change the system
drive letter (the drive letter that you install Windows onto).
If you have deleted the partitions of the 1st hard disk, why not just remove
it and install windows on the only hard disk?
IF you want Windows to be installed as C, let me suggest that you get the
2nd hard disk set as Master (and make it the 1st hard disk).

I'm trying to install windows as C on the first primary partition of the
second HD.
But windows setup shows me this partition as E !
I used to have a previous windows on the first HD which was cut in 2
partitions. But I've deleted these partitions !
Where is this letter stored ?
Can it be changed using a disk sector editor or another way ?
