Thanks for the reply. After further research, it appears that I'm totally
out of luck. I do need a 2003 server box and fortunately didn't pay alot
for it.

As far as the .NET 2.0 / Visual Studio 2005, I'll live with the crappy
screen display for the balance of 2006 and pick up a new laptop when Vista
comes out.

Oh well, there are worse things to deal with in life.
