Keyboard Stops Working During Setup

Hello,
Here's my problem, I have my server system setup and running the hard drive
has been reformatted and is blank. All that is hooked up at the current time
is the CD-ROM, HD, MB, PS/2 Keyboard, and Monitor. The keyboard has been
tested on my other system and was working, it works on the server system in
the BIOS Setup and in MS-DOS. Now when I boot to my Windows Server 2003 R2
Enterprise Edition CD, it loads the setup files. During this time the Num
Lock Light on the KB is on. When setup proceeds to start windows, to
continue with the setup. I get to the Setup Notification Page (this is a
Evaluation Edition) Where you press enter to continue, the Num Lock Light on
the KB goes out and the key board no longer works.

I spoke with a MS Rep who knew of the problem happening with USB Keyboards
but not with PS/2, He referred me to here. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
