orginaly when I set up my server I didn't have the driver for the
sound card. I got RDP and a bunch of other stuff set up, and it all
worked nicely with no sound.
now I finnaly found a driver my server likes and when loged into the
console I can get sound to come out of speekers directly connected to
it. how ever when I log into RDP with it set on "Bring Sound to
Computer" no sound comes out, and when I try to play a mp3 the media
player gives me a sound card error message.
the sound cards in bouth computers work now I've tested them bouth
seprately. system info:
server : win2003 (std)
client: Windows XP pro (sp2)
Don't expect to use RD to play multimedia/MP3 files. It won't work well, if
at all. What's your goal, and why do you want to use RD to do it?
