rebuild an SBS 2003 server

Hi there,
I am planning to rebuild a SBS2003 server, the single server in the single
domain.
Is there a way to quickly restore the active directory (user accounts,
security goups, distribution groups, computer accounts, etc, etc), exchange
mail store after a fresh install?
