Hi Dave,
Can any of the devices\clients connect to other resources on the SBS server
e.g. access a network share? If so, I'd say it sounds like you have a
firewall on the SBS server blocking the Pings. I believe if you have SBS
Premium installed then ISA will also be installed and you will need to
configure ISA to allow the pings, www.isaserver.org is very good site for
information on configuring ISA. If it is SBS Standard check the built in
Windows Firewall and allow ICMP, on the Advance tab. It could also be your
Watchguard SOHO6 router blocking the pings which from Watchguards
documentation says it has a built in firewall. Though I'd only allow pings
from local machines and not on the internet for security reasons.
