Terri-
You created a bridging loop by activating that second line. You need to get
switches which support spanning tree protocol. You're not going to get load
balancing the wya you have it setup with stp either
A gige link should be more htan enough for 60 clients hitting a file server.
You'd need something that supports ethercahnnel to make a 2gig channel
between your 10/100 switches and the sw16.
