Win2k3 ConvertNTFS Unattended?

Hi,

(sorry if some of this is a big vague)

I'd like to create a network install point for Win2k3 using Unattended.txt method.

Under Win2k:

1. Create 2Gb FAT16 partition
2. Set ConvertNTFS and ExtendOEM in Unattended.txt
3. Run real-mode winnt.exe

Works but you get 512b cluster size.

Under Win2k3:
1. Create 4Gb FAT32 with A:8 for better cluster size
2. Create a cvtarea (special contiguous area)
3. * Now what?? *

I've read various docs in deployment guide and KB articles and they appear to conflict with one another. They imply you have to run CONVERT.EXE from [GuiRunOnce] section, but some docs say this WILL apply a secuity template and some other doc says it won't, and you should convert during setup phase. Another doc says you can use ConvertNTFS, but another doc says this is "legacy" and "bad" and you should use CONVERT.EXE instead. Another doc says you can't ExtendOEM unless you've already converted - catch 22!

I basically want to convert to NTFS with 4k cluster size, then extend the partition, and have all NTFS file security permissions correctly applied by the time my Win2k3 setup finishes...
