W2K3 Sp1 event IDs 50,26 and 333

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello all,

Hope that I can find the answer here. I have a windows 2003 Server sp1
patched. this is the second time in a month that the System stops responding.
Will respond to Ping only RDP/Mapping a Drive will time out. You can then
only logon to the local machine , can not logon to Domain (though this server
is a domian member).

Logging on Locally Will generate a pop that the profile can not be loaded
due to system resources and logs me out. Power down and restrt, system boots
normaly and runs chkdsk (no problems). and i can logon to domain.

the only error I see in the logs when all starts
