okay. after doing a fresh install, everything is perfect!! as a matter of
fact, i was having some performance issues (slowness) with the last install
and those have cleared up as well. but, event tracking, rsop, etc., all
working as they should. me? i blame the dell 'server installation and
management' cd, but who knows...?
