Hello,
Alternatively, you can use Windows Resource Kit to complete those tasks,
since XCOPY (not in RK, it is here by default) can copy folders and files
with AL (you can also use PERMS.EXE in RK) and PermCopy which is usefull to
copy Share Permissions.
