Resharing windows server share??

Hi,

Is it possible to Re-share a folder shared by another server when using 2 domains in the network??

I mean like this:

Domain1\Server1 has a folder share called "Sales"

Domain2\Server1 attaches drive S: to \\server1\sales with
username Domain1\TrustedUser and it's password.


Domain2\Server1 shares S: as \\server1\sales and controls wich Domain2\*users* have access to it from the domain ...

The link between Domain1\Server1 and Domain2\Server1 is through a VPN over internet as theese servers are ~500 km apart...

Now,
is this doable, and if so, how?
