panic ! - users cannot request new certificate
Dear all,
Users cannot request new certificate from a enterprise subordinate CA
server. The error message is "No certificate templates could be found. You do
not have permission to request a certificate from this CA, or an error
occured while accessing the AD". The Application log from this CA event
viewer has error id 44 from source CertSvc - that talk about "Policy Module
Initialize" method returned an error. CA could find requred AD information.
Recently I have added a new subordinate CA hoping to test how to migrate user
cert from this CA to new CA. But I have uninstalled the new CA since it didnt
work. Help!!! Thanks.
