RE: How to install W2003 X64 OEM on system?

Still confused ;-(
Cannot find winnt32.exe. Allready tried to find that one file on the CD
OEM package consists of 3 CD/DVD's:

CD: Windows System Resource Manager
DVD: Microsoft Windows Server 2003: Customer Support and Diagnostics tools
for Windows
CD: Windows Server 2003 SP1: OEM Preinstallation Kit for Windows Server 2003

Only the last one in bootable and the WinPE environment starts. WINNT32.EXE
is not to be found on any of the above mentioned CD's or DVD.
I have installed W2003 Server quite a number of times, but with this one, I
can't get it going!
