Event error 20108 Remote Access

Windows 2000 Server SP4

I installed and configured a VPN server by using article ID 308208. When I
(re)start Routing and Remote Access I get an eventid 20108 for the source:
remoteaccess. The description is:

Unable to open the port VPN3-1 for use. Not implemented.

When I start Routing and remote access and look at Ports I cannot see the
two PPTP ports I configured, but I can see the L2TP VPN ports. When I look
for the PPTP properties I see the maximum ports on zero. When I set it on two
and click ok I see wan miniport (PPTP) on two. Click ok again and then the
properties again then wan miniport (PPTP) is on zero again. What's wrong?

Thanks already,

Wilbert
