Setting up 2003SBS clients

I am setting up a SBS 2003 server, I have setup a number of users (as users)
so when they first logon the standered outlook, shared fax are setup on
their workstation (this is the standered wizard setup). What I am having
trouble with is that the 2 apps fail to install sayiny they need
administrator right to do this, I know iam probally missing a trick but what
do I need to do to get these apps automatically installed ?
