Thanks for your post.

Based on your current situation, you have uninstalled the Active Directory.
Therefore, I suppose you must have performed the checking steps in the
following articles:

Therefore, don¡¯t worry about that because after demote DC the databases
and fsmo roles have been transferred to another DC.
Demote after demote, the databases, fsmo roles will be transferred. Now
you¡¯d better let it disjoin the domain first and then you can feel free to
go ahead to reinstall the OS.
