IBM x Series servers (345/346) and image deploy

We are getting an issue with IBM x Series servers using Serverraid
5i/6i/7m cards. Images deploy to the boxes fine, however when it
reboots to start the mini setup phase of the install, the boxes fail
with unable to load ntldr. It seems that the DA environment does not
see the logical disks in the same order as the bios does, it seems that
disk0 and disk1 are reversed in the DA, hence when the image is
deployed and the MBR writen the disks are wrong and when it reboots the
mbr is looking in the wrong place for the boot files.

I've also noticed if you RIS/CD build the server after it comes up you
look in disk manager and the disks are the 'wrong' way round in there,
however if you use the text mode installer it seems to see it that way
as well and obviously get's the MBR correct. Were running the latest
bios/firmware for the cards.

Anyone else have problems deploying to x series boxes or is it just me?
