2003 SP1 HELP MS guru's

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

After my SP1 install I either cannot login... ( Ctrl-Alt-Del screen just
flashes when Ctrl-Alt-Del is pressed and I never see the username and
password screen it just returns me to the Ctrl-Alt-Del screen)
Or... I get a error like (NT AUTHORITY \ SYSTEM, in system32/lsass.exe, with
the error number 1073741819 The machine must now be restarted. And it give
me a 2 minute countdown but no way to stop it because I can't login.)

HELP.
(no this is NOT the sasser worms. This machine has been scanned by the best
Anti-Virus and come up clean, Sasar fixes have been run and show nothing)
