Can SP1 uninstall be run in Repair-Mode?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi All,
After Windows 2003 SP1 the server either blue screens or freezes in
during graphically portion of the boot process. In Safe-Mode it also
does the same but usually it waits quite a bit longer. The blue screen
message is IOCTL_IRQL_... sorry I don't have the rest of the message
with me. I will add more later.

It crashes also during Safe-Mode uninstall of SP1. I assume this is
the same Safe-Mode crash. Can the uninstall of SP1 be run in
Repair-Mode?

The hardware used is a Shuttle 61G.

Any help would be great.
Gregory
