Hi Brian,

If you can't use Windows Update site to determine the missing patches, run
MBSA (Microsoft Baseline Secuirty Analizer) against your server and it will
tell you what is missing. You can then go and download the necessary
patches.

MBSA can be downloaded from here:

Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer v1.2.1 (for IT Professionals)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b13ebd6b-e258-4625-b0a3-64a4879f7798&DisplayLang=en

Don't forget to use the latest MSSECURE.XML if you download MBSA.
MSSECURE.XML will tell MBSA what are latest patches available.

Note: if you will run MBSA on your server today, the result will not mean
much tomorrow since there will be another 9 updates available for Windows.
After you install all patches and reboot the server, run MBSA against the
server again, to check if there is still something missing...

If you can't use MBSA, here is another source of updates:

Security Updates
http://www.microsoft.com/security/bulletins/default.mspx

I hope this helps.
