Dave highlighs several key points. Verizon blocks those ports in your router
so you must have the ability (id/PW) & skill to make changes. If you know how
to configure the router then I'm not trying to cast issues so sorry.
Otherwise recommend you talk with Verizon. You also need to verify that your
server has a static IP address that no-ip.com is pointing too. If you're
using the dhcp address of the router then your pointing to the wrong place;
search the no-ip knowledge base it's documented their. A quick test is ping
by IP and name if you get it resolved then part1 is ok. Next try using IE to
access your page then look at the error message if you see an ISA.... and
server not found then the router is blocking port 80.
