Thanks Jeff,

I was actually able to get this far. I could run all kinds of commands and
get responses back from the target.

I did find a workaround for the problem, but don't really know what the
exact problem is. I put the target and master server in the same switch.
Ran the capture and it worked fine. In the original configuration, I was
going through 3 switches. I think that something in the network layer was
not set up properly and was causing the capture to fail. I'm not a switch
and router guru, but I think that multicasting or the multicast groups are
not set up properly on one or more of these switches.

This will work out ok in the end anyway. MS recommends that you run the
capture and deployment on a separate lan segment anyway. I only have about 8
machines that we want to port to virtual servers, so this won't be too much
of a headache.

Thanks for the idea though.
