IAS and Cisco Contentrator

I had to perform a reinstall of my server that handled RADIUS for my Cisco
Concentrator. Since then I have not been able to get the RADIUS to work.

I am having problems getting a Windows 2003 IAS to talk to a Cisco 3020
Concentrator. Authenticate thru to the Windows 2003

I have setup a RADIUS client(Cisco) on the windows 2003. I have also setup
a policy to allow group "VPN" to be allowed access.

Each time I try to VPN into the Concentrator, The Authentication fails.

Would someone please give me an example of the way this should be setup with
IAS.
