Since the RAID was re-built, I have not tried re-creating the set. I do not
want to wipe out the data in the RAID. Right now it has two partitions on
it, with the second having all company data. I have been in email
communications with MS support and they suggested running FIXMBR from the
Recovery Console, which I did. But this did not make any difference.
Windows sees the partitions, including the space used by the data on the
second partition, correctly. I have deleted and created the install target
partition several times. After W2k3 tries formatting, I get the same error.
Is there anyway to transfer the data from RC over a serial maybe? This is
becoming a major disaster.
