Raid Boot Array

I've got a client running a server in a Hardware RAID 5
configuration using the Adaptec 3200S. It is a four drive
RAID 5 configuration utilizing one of the two internal
channels.

They are running low on space and would like to add an
addition two drives in a RAID 1 configuration on the 2nd
available channel.

Seems simple enough but after getting everything hooked up
and SCSI ID's configured correctly, I boot the server and
it always looks at the RAID 1 boot array to load the OS.
Of course the OS has already been installed on the RAID 5
and all we want to due is add additional storage.

I've looked all through the Adaptec Bios configuration
tool and the GUI tool and I don't see any option to set
which Array would be the boot array. I thought it might
be the SCSI ID's but the RAID 5 is set 0,1, 2, 6, while
the RAID 1 is 14 and 16.

Looking through the adaptec site I found a reference to a
selection in the utility for the 2200 controller but
nothing for the 3200s.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John
