You can use Group Policy and restricted groups to control membership
on local groups on computers when joined the domain...
however, computers by default are created in the computers containiner
which doesnt allow GPO to be linked. I recommend you create another
default computers OU and use the redircmp command to change the
default location for new computer accounts.
