I use a computer startup script assigned with group policy to do this.
The command I use is:
net localgroup mydomain\mygroup administrators /add
Enter that in the computer startup scripts dialogue in a GPO with "net" as
the command and the rest of the line as the parameters.
Bear in mind that if the machine is moved to a trusted domain, this group
will still be a member of the administrators group. That may or may not be
important to you.
