Problem loading Win 2003 ENT

I keep getting the error "Line 16106 of the INF file \I386
\txtsetup.sif is invalid. Setup cannot continue. Press any
key to exit."

This is a fresh install on a bare machine (IBM Netfinity
5500, Server Raid, 3 9.1 SCSI Drives, set as RAID-5. What
could be causing the problem and how do I fix it???
