FTP Error Message Timed Out

We have recently installed windows 2003 Server on a new Server. We also have
a new Cisco PiX firewall. We have checked all the configurations and we are
still getting timed out error message when we try to FTP to the sites on the
server. The first FTP file worked the second worked after trying for two
days and now we are just getting timed out messages. We contacted Cisco who
error checked the PIX and the problem is not on the firewall. We contacted
Microsoft and they told us to contact Cisco back. Does anyone have any
possible solutions for this?
