I really do have the number right, but had a root around and found another
2003 I've not yet used and installed that one. Thanks for the link, will
ring UK on monday and raise the issue as I appear to have a duff key!

Neither the key or the CD have been used before (un shrinked them this
morning) and the other one works fine... odd really!
