Event 1097 and 1030 on boot..

The problem was corrected by applying the hotfix for
w32time from Microsoft. See the following URL:

Moreover, be sure to adjust your firewalls for TCP port
123 and UDP 123 for the change in how network time is
aquired in Windows 2003.
Windows 2000 uses NTP via UDP on port 123.
Windows 2003 users SNTP via TCP on port 123.
Lastly, be sure to put spaces between your SNTP servers
and not a comma. Microsoft states it both ways in their
documentation. The list must be seperated by spaces in a
qouted list. IE "cluster.monkey.com foo.bar.com
cheeze.whiz.com"
