Blank screen after install of Windows 2003 SMB Edition

I have a Duel Pent 600 Mhz Server with 1 gig memory and 9 Ultra Wide SCSI
Drive and on broad Cirrus Logic 5481 Video Card.

After I do a install of the server the Video does not work, when it runs in
Normal mode, but when I run safe mode it work fine. I have the video card
resolution 1024x768 the max that is goes.

I put another video card in the pc and it work fine, until i reinstalled
Windows agian and that one when blank also.

Does anyone have any suguestion on what might make that happen
