And you are sure that it is enabled? (see my first post)
If it is enabled, please try this:

Click Start->Run, type "cmd" (without the quotes) and press ENTER
Type:

telnet <IP HERE> 3389

replace <IP HERE> with the IP of the server.

Do you get a "blank" cmd window?
