Hello,
How many netcards do you have in the machine?
Are you using default network settings or are you changing the network
settings during setup?

Try using the default network setting during setup and see if that allows
you to complete.
IF it does, then change the network settings to your choices.

If that doesn't resolve the issue and you have more than one netcard try
removing one of the netcards and retrying setup.

Thanks,

>Hi, i've attempted to install windows server 2003 standard about 5 times,
and each time i get the following error during the install.

COM+ Setup Error
Sub-component COM+ raised an exception while processing the
        OC_Complete_Installation Setup Message.
        D:\srv03rtm\com\complus\src\complussetup\comsetup\ccompluscore.cpp(line
561)
        Error Code = 0x80040206

An unexpected internal error was detected
The Com+ event classes could not be registered.

When i click on "OK" it continues with the installation, but when booted
into the shell of windows, the OS crashes imeadiately on startup, and does
a reboot after a minute. I am installing straight from a Windows Server CD
ROM, what can i do to fix this problem??...Please HELP!!!
