You'll see 192.168.*.* used alot on internal networks. Although you COULD
use any ip scheme you wanted. 192.168. is the reserverved class c range.
They won't route on the internet, so if something goes wrong with your
server / someone elses using that scheme, other users on the web won't have
problems ( duplicate addresses ). 172.16 and 10. can be used but for
simplicity use 24 bit (class C) numbers for now.
