Yes there is a "Sever Icon" in front but it is also that way on a Win 2000
server that is being decommisioned and I have no problems adding FTP user
logons to that permission. As far as I see there is nothing set in any GPO
that would not allow me to add members to it, unless I missed it somewhere.
