Loading driver during setup problem in Windows NT 4.0

Hi,

My problem is: Setting up an Windows 4.0 Server BDC on an desktop. I had
used the Windows NT 4.0 server CD to boot up, and during setup until I get
to the network adapter selecting part which I needed to take from A: drive
it will not for some reason access the floppy disc. I had check the drive is
working by boot an bootable disk from it!. Any help please? to get the
driver install so it can connect to PDC...

Hardware: IBM ThinkCentre A30 with Intel pro network build-in.
