Errors IN 2003

    I have a windows 2003 server that is a member server in a
    windows 2000 domain.
    I'm gett ing the following errors and cant really find
    any info.

    Event ID 1006
    User NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    Windows cannot bind to local.mydomain.com (Local error)
    Group Policy Processing aborted

    Event ID 1030
    Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy
    objects. Check the
    event log for possible messages previously logged by the
    policy engine
    that describes the reason for this.

    EVENT ID 3012
    SOURCE LoadPerf
    The performance strings in the Performance registry value
    is corrupted
    When process Performance extension counter provider.
    BaseIndex value
    from Performance registry is the first DWORD in Data
    section, LastCounter
     value is the second DWORD in Data section, and LastHelp
    value is the
    third DWORD in Data section.

    Event ID 3011
    Unloading the performance counter strings for service
    WmiApRpl
    (WmiApRpl) failed. The Error code is the first DWORD in
    Data section.

    the 2003 server is a member server not a DC.
