Hi Trevor,

Thanks for your posting here.

Did you copy the I386\Lang folder and its subfolders from the Windows XP
installation CD to the %Reminst
dir%\Setup\%Language%\Images\%Foldername%\I386\Lang folder?

In addition, please modify and add the following content to your answer
file.

[GuiRunOnce]

"%windir%\MUITEMP\MUISETUP.exe
   /i 0809 0409 /d 0809 /r /s"
"%windir%\SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE /c RMDIR %WINDIR%\MUITEMP /s /q"

[RegionalSettings]
    LanguageGroup=1
    Language=0809
    SystemLocale=0809
    UserLocale=0809
    UserLocale_DefaultUser=00000809
    InputLocale=0809:00000809
    InputLocale_DefaultUser=0809:00000809

Note for GUIRunOnce section
===
Where:
-i: specifies the user interface language(s) to be installed. Languages
should be entered in four digit hexadecimal LangID values
-d: specifies the default user interface language (applied to all new user
accounts and used in places such as the Winlogon screen)
-r: specifies that the reboot message should not be displayed
-s: specifies that the installation complete message should not be displayed
-l: (letter L. Windows XP only) matches the language of non-Unicode
programs with the default user language; this setting is ignored unless /d
is set
-f: (Windows XP only) matches the default shell user interface font with
the default user language; this setting is ignored unless /d and /l are
set. Only applicable for Japanese language user interface.

\MUITEMP is the temporary installation folder created during setup

What is the result?

Regards,
Bob Qin
