The value of lastLogonTimeStamp will not be accurate unless it is at least
14 days >in the past, but that should meet the needs of most people.

So you are saying the lastLogonTimeStamp property will NOT be accurate if
the user has logged within the last 14 days?

Can you also help me with the syntax to convert that Integer8 value into
date/time?
