Robocopy error since migration 2000 -> 2003

Hi folks

We want to MOVE the content of a shared folder to another folder. It
has worked fine till we migrated from Windows 2000 Server (SP4) to 2003
R2.

We are receiving now this error message:

ERROR 32 (0x00000020) Deleting Source Directory
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process.

Any idea?

Leonardo
