Just paste it into NotePad and save it with a vbs extention and double click
on it.
or
From a command line type Wscript fileName.vbs where fileName is the nameof your file.

this section has scripts for everthing according to catergory
1. Look for Read from a Excel file or a text file under ( Microsoft
office)
2. Look for deleting local accounts under ( Local accounts )
Merge the scripts and you have script ready
