If you want to ngen right away, use the command "ngen executeQueuedItems
[1|2|3]".
That didn't work for me. And several days after install, I still had no
Microsoft.PowerShel# entry in my native image cache. Only after I run ngen
install on the DLLs in $pshome do I get a native image cache entry for
PowerShell.
