Re: (msh) get-command does not work in variable provider

Looks like get command is trying to navigate over current provider. Problem
probably will repeat over providers like environment. As Wei mentioned
please file a bug at
https://connect.microsoft.com/feedback/CreateFeedback.aspx?SiteID=99
