I've done it using SSHWindows, a trimmed down version of the OpenSSH daemon that ships with Cygwin. I don't have my notes handy, but I'll try to write something up in the next few days.

I am using a sshd within cygwin. Is it possible to make SSHD server
(cygwin) bind to MSH instead of BASH? I know it will not get a full
functioned remote MSH, but it is doable, right?
