Is there a reference for the *.format.mshxml files?
A Schema? An explanation of the CustomControl Element?

I presume System.Management.Automation.Commands.Internal.Format.* will
never be documented? Its a pity. Third parties could write format-*
cmdlets that could feed into out-host.

Any plans to extend the format in version 2? <Color> maybe?
