You are able to select multiple accounts and open the properties of the
users at once, or is your OU structure such that it would take too long?
You can then change the Home directory.

Subject: Modify User Profile Properties - Help
I need to modify the path of my users homeDirectory in Active Directory
Server 2003. We recently moved our file server to a new server. I am
looking for a script to modify all users homeDirectory path by deleting
the
old path ( \\oldpath\%username%$ ) and creating a new path (
\\example\%username%$ ). Any help with this would be greatly
appreciated.
